Coal Chamber, a band which most of you must be quite familiar with, was initially formed in 1993 in Los Angeles, California. After a long journey with numerous turns, they have disbanded in 2003. Then in 2010, after some more variations, the band was talking about a reunion. Recently, in september of 2011, the band actually made this happen by joining forces one again, exclusively with the purpose of playing at the Soundwave shows in Australia. They wanted to reunite in their original form but in the end, it was for the best to hire a new bassist, so Chela Rhea Harper completed the line-up, joining the band as the new bass player. Dez Fafara, founding member of Coal Chamber and current vocalist of DevilDriver, declared that this reunion was mainly for their fans who had never got the chance to see them live in the past.
